To achieve the dimensions of Caring, Reflective, Communicative, Action-Oriented, and Impactful Leading, students are asked to make a short movie about diversity, fairness, equality, or anti-discrimination. Students are divided into groups to do this project.

To show their competencies, they created their own short movie with their original storyline, divided each member's roles, and discussed the production of their short movie until its execution and post-production. Through this learning experience of making a short movie with the long process and discussion, students grow their ability to assess the community needs, develop the group's vision, communicate their feelings and thoughts, make concrete contributions to their groups, and reflect on their learning progress.
