A Storytelling Video by Reina Alesha Narindra

To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent and Communicative, I’ve accomplished understanding the topics in English Acquisition (for example, the elements of storytelling, how to write a great story, and so on) as well as the ability to tell a story verbally, as I created a storytelling video, about a story that I wrote myself. Through this learning experience I develop my understanding of storytelling and its elements, and transfer my thinking skills in applying the concepts that I learned to the real life situation.

To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent and Communicative, I've accomplished on making a full-on children's story (2.5k words!) with the 7 Elements of Storytelling. Through this learning experience I develop my understanding of storytelling and its elements, and transfer my thinking skills in applying the concepts that I learned to the real life situation.

To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent and Communicative, I have successfully created a fictional family-friendly kids story, and by creating some realistic characters that I made for the story by sending a massage to the world of how unexpected things can go by. Then, I created a storytelling video about the story that I wrote, The Mystical Sword. Through this learning experience I develop my understanding of storytelling and its elements, and transfer my thinking skills in applying the concepts that I learned to the real life situation.

To achieve the dimensions of Intelligent and Communicative, I’ve accomplished and submitted all of my tasks on time and with a lot of effort. I’ve also accomplished to be more communicative in online and offline classes in English Classes. I like to give my opinion a lot and answer the questions that the teacher gives us, as I created/produced/built/composed a very long fictional story for term 3 with a length of around 4000 words. Through this learning experience I develop my understanding of the skills required to write a full detailed fictional story and how these dimensions and skills can help me in the future and the real world. If I plan to be a storyteller, author or writer, these skills and dimensions will help me a lot in the future

Through this learning experience I develop my understanding of how and what a news report is and getting to make one too and it can be really helpful in a real life situation by letting others know information on what's currently happening.

I feel okay when I make this storytelling video. I learned to be confident in using proper intonation when telling the story. I learned to be braver when I make different voices for different characters in the story. I found the characters and the storyline interesting, and those are the reasons why I chose this story. Through this learning experience I develop my understanding of the elements of storytelling and apply what I know in real life situation.

In Intelligent dimension, I am very proud that I have achieved making my own novel, as well as for writing my novel of more than 1000 words, and as well able to push my limits in making my novel the best I can, but also because I gave 100% effort (which includes re-checking, word, and sentence structure, as well corrections, and feedback from my friends and family).

As for the communicative dimension, I am proud that I am able to explain the story as short as possible. Cause if I read the whole story, it could take around 15 to 20 minutes, while the maximum is around 5 to 7. Though mine was around 11 minutes or so, I am still proud that I at least try my best to explain my story as simply as possible.

Through this learning experience, I develop my understanding of how to make a good novel. I also practice my English, grammar, punctuation, and understand when to use symbols like colon, exclamation marks and so on.
