Processing Tools & Supplies

Overview

Some supplies are ordered on a regular basis by the Library's Senior Stores Clerk. Other supplies are ordered on a one-time basis by request. Before ordering, check with the Senior Stores Clerk to see if the material you need is available from the store room. Items in bold are ordered on a regular basis by the Senior Stores Clerk.

Procedure

If the item is not stocked by the Senior Stores Clerk, fill out the "University Library Order Form" (available in "Processing Supplies" folder or from Library Administration) with required information. Bring to Head, Serials Unit for signature, then to Library Administration.

• Label protectors: Matte Label-Lock Label Protectors, 1 1/2 x 4, 1000/roll (The Library Store item # 16-1102) [Extra rolls kept on shelves in Processing area. When supply gets low, re-order through fiscal clerk.]
