Vendor notifies library that URI IP address is being used to download inappropriately:
1. Get session log information from vendor.
2. Forward information to Hosted EZproxy. Ask them to:
Identify compromised user
Terminate active sessions by user
Disable user access to EZproxy
3. Contact URI Help Desk and ask them to force user to reset LDAP password.
4. Contact user, explain that Help Desk will be contacting them and that they will not be able to access library databases remotely until they affirm to library that they have changed their LDAP password to a new password and that they will not share it.
5. Once user contacts library, contact Hosted EZproxy and ask them to re-enable user access to EZproxy.
