OCLC will connect to EBSCO and automatically update our holdings [e-books only] on a weekly basis.
1. No need to get token from EBSCO
Note: This integration between EBSCO and OCLC does not appear to rely on KBART Automation. At some point in the future, it might.
Also, holdings are provided for e-books only, not database collections, journals, etc.
At this point, it is not necessary to contact EBSCO to set up this process.
2. Configure in OCLC
Log into WorldShare Collection Manager here: https://riu.share.worldcat.org/wms/
To enable WorldCat holdings maintenance (available only to libraries with an OCLC Cataloging and Metadata Subscription), under Metadata => Collection Manager, go to Institution Settings => WorldCat Holdings. Set Maintain Holdings to Yes.
Note: Maintain Holdings was set to Yes on 12/2018 and does not need to be repeated with subsequent KBART Automation vendors activations.
Note: If you click on the name of a selected Collection, and go to the Holdings and MARC Records section, you can disable Maintain WorldCat Holdings for a particular collection.
Under Metadata => Collection Manager, search by Provider and/or by Collection for "EBSCO*" and turn on the collection "All EBSCO eBooks" [Collection ID: netlibrary.ebooks].
Send an email to support@oclc.org with the subject line "Please load my EBSCO collections" and the following message:
Please load my EBSCO Collections. My OCLC symbol is RIU. My Registry ID is 61731. My holding library code is MAIN.
2. Check if the load was successful
Log into WorldShare Collection Manager here: https://riu.share.worldcat.org/wms/
Under Metadata => Collection Manager, go to Scope: Activity History and look at the history for EBSCO or Search for Collection
All EBSCO eBooks [netlibrary.ebooks]
You will see in the "Updated" column when the collection was last updated and in the "Selections" column how many titles are selected.

NOTE: As of February 7, 2019, EBSCO automatic collection loading was fully functional in WorldShare Collection Manager. ajr
