OCLC will connect to Teton Data Systems and automatically update our holdings on a weekly basis.
1. Get token from Teton
Note: This integration between Teton and OCLC does not appear to rely on KBART Automation. At some point in the future, it might.
At this point, it is not necessary to contact Teton to set up this process.
2. Configure in OCLC
Log into WorldShare Collection Manager here: https://riu.share.worldcat.org/wms/
To enable WorldCat holdings maintenance (available only to libraries with an OCLC Cataloging and Metadata Subscription), under Metadata => Collection Manager, go to Institution Settings => WorldCat Holdings. Set Maintain Holdings to Yes.
Note: Maintain Holdings was set to Yes on 12/2018 and does not need to be repeated with subsequent KBART Automation vendors activations.
Note: If you click on the name of a selected Collection, and go to the Holdings and MARC Records section, you can disable Maintain WorldCat Holdings for a particular collection.
Under Metadata => Collection Manager, search by Provider and/or by Collection for "Teton*" and "Stat*" and deselect any existing Teton collections.
Send an email to support@oclc.org with the subject line "Please load my Teton collections" and the following message:
Please load my Teton collections. My OCLC symbol is RIU. My Registry ID is 61731.
2. Check if the load was successful
Log into WorldShare Collection Manager here: https://riu.share.worldcat.org/wms/
Under Metadata => Collection Manager, go to Scope: Activity History and look at the history for Teton or Search for Collection
Stat!Ref [teton.ebooks]
You will see in the "Updated" column when the collection was last updated and in the "Selections" column how many titles are selected.

NOTE: As of February 13, 2019, Teton Data Systems automatic collection loading is fully functional for setting holdings in OCLC. ajr
