Trial Details:
Add Start Date and End Date.
Notification Period: Number of days before the start of the trial that you want an email notification to be sent to participants.
Available to public:
If checked, will open trial and survey to everyone.
If unchecked, trial is open only to participants specifically invited.
Participant Page URL: URL to access the survey [automatically populated once survey questions are created]
