What happened in Alma with the portfolio?
After the purchase of the second copy, in Alma there is still only one portfolio.
The previous Public Access Model (3 users) is overridden by the new purchase (1 user).
The previous POL for 3 users is moved to the Additional PO Line field.

What happened in Primo with the portfolio?
Primo displays only 1 concurrent user.

2. In the Public note field of the Notes tab of the portfolio, enter the correct number of users, e.g. "4 concurrent users only"
Save.
