To force a POL to close and remove an e-activation task, use job "Change PO Lines Status"
To remove a CZ bib you no longer need: 1) It will be removed with weekly update if no inventory; 2) Run a list of All Titles to grab bib, then job "Delete Bibliographic Records." Or, simply, open the CZ MARC record in the metadata editor, File => Copy to Catalog. Then delete the record.
When you have a local link in the portfolio and you want to check back to the CZ parser parameters, it is often necessary to delete the portfolio and then re-activate it from the CZ.
