When a new book or other physical item is in Technical Services after being received, under STATUS Primo displays, "In process of Technical Services until 9/29/2018."
If you don't want to be held to the date and want Primo to just say, "In process of Technical Services," do this:
Alma => Config => Fulfillment => Discovery Interface Display Logic => Labels
Scroll down to code 280, "c.uresolver.getit2.item_list.status.WORK_ORDER_DEPARTMENT.with_expected_date".
Use the right-hand menu to select "Customize."
Change In process of {0} until {1} to In process of {0} [i.e. remove the "until {1}"].
