In order to provide the best possible service to the campus community, departmental representatives may pick up their bound materials returned from Ridley's Bindery during regular Technical Services Department hours (Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm).
Departmental materials returned from the bindery will be placed in a box behind the door of Library Room 267 with the name of the department written on the box.
Bindery shipments arrive on Thursday afternoons. In most cases, materials are available for pickup by Friday morning.
The Information Services Technician responsible for binding will contact departmental representatives to alert them that their materials are ready for pickup.
Departmental representatives picking up materials will be asked to sign for the materials so that a record can be kept of what was taken, when, and by whom. (A form for signing for materials is available on Google Docs.)
If expected materials are not present, the departmental representative should directly contact the Information Services Technician responsible for binding.
