• What does being a First-Generation College Graduate mean to you?

Being a First-Generation College Graduate means a lot to me because it shows how hard my parents worked for me to be able to have this experience that they never got to experience.

• What is your proudest moment from your time at UCSD?

My proudest moment from my time at UCSD was being a person that people can go to for help in a class.

• Who are the family members, friends or loved ones who have been most influential throughout your college journey? Are there any words of gratitude you would like to share with them?

My mom has been the most influential to me throughout my college journey. She has made everything possible for me from financially supporting me in my first year to supporting me when I was on the other side of the world studying aboard.

• What do you plan or hope to do after graduating?

I plan to go back into school after graduating to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
