• What does being a First-Generation College Graduate mean to you?

Being a First-Generation College Graduate means a lot to me because I know my parents worked hard to get me to where I am today. I got to take the opportunity my parents provided me to focus on the "college experience" and get my degree. I appreciate them so much.

• What is your proudest moment from your time at UCSD?

Passing the Math 10 series!!

• Who are the family members, friends or loved ones who have been most influential throughout your college journey? Are there any words of gratitude you would like to share with them?

I want to thank my parents and family for their unwavering support!

• Who are the staff, faculty or mentors who have been most influential throughout your college journey? Are there any words of gratitude you would like to share with them?

To Tammy Traudt, the Stewardship & Special Events Manager at the Jacobs School of Engineering, thank you for mentoring me throughout my last few years of college. I learned a lot under your lead and appreciate having such a great supervisor like you. I will miss you!

• What do you plan or hope to do after graduating?

I plan to work and get my masters degree.

• Ano ang kahalagahan ng pagiging First-Generation College Graduate para sa iyo?

Ang pagkakataon na maging First-Generation College Graduate ay napakahalaga sa akin sapagkat ito ay pinaghandaang mabuti ng aking mga magulang upang makamit ang aking kinalalagyan kung ano ako ngayon. Nagkaroon ako ng oportunidad na maranasan ang mag-aral sa kolehiyo at makamit ang katuparan nito. Ako ay nagpapasalamat ng taos puso sa aking mga magulang.

• Ano ang pinaka maipagmamalaking pangyayari sa iyo sa UCSD?

Ang makapasa ako ng Math 10 series!!

• Sino ang mga kapamilya, kaibigan o mahal mo sa buhay ang may pinaka malaking impluwensya habang nag-aaral sa kolehiyo? Meron ka bang nais sabihin at ipagpasalamat sa kanila?

Nais kong magpasalamat sa aking mga magulang at kapamilya sa kanilang walang katapusang suporta.

• Sino ang mga kawani, guro o tagapagpayo ang may pinaka malaking impluwensya habang nag-aaral sa kolehiyo? Meron ka bang nais sabihin at ipagpasalamat sa kanila?

Para kay Tammy Traudt, Stewardship & Special Events Manager ng Jacobs School of Engineering, salamat sa pagsubaybay sa huling mga taon ko sa kolehiyo. Marami akong natutunan sa iyong pamumuno at nagpapasalamat sa iyong pagiging magaling na superbisor. Mamimiss kita.

• Ano ang iyong planong gawin o balak gawin pagkatapos ng kolehiyo?

Ang aking plano ay makapagtrabaho at makamit ang aking masters degree.
