It is a representation of what can be done by students with little to no resources, support, knowledge about college

• What is your proudest moment from your time at UCSD?

Being able to persevere during the tough times. Not giving up when I was not directly accepted into the Master program. Defending my Thesis.

• Who are the family members, friends or loved ones who have been most influential throughout your college journey? Are there any words of gratitude you would like to share with them?

EVERYONE! My friends, family, mentors, loved ones. Thank you everyone <3

My P.I. Dr. Julian Schroeder and my Mentor Dr. Paulo Ceciliato. Thank you again for all the support and knowledge you provided me. You helped me ask more of myself as a scientist and push myself to another level.

• What do you plan or hope to do after graduating?

I plan to work at a biotech company that is working on technology that will help better the world
