• What does being a First-Generation College Graduate mean to you?

It means that there is nothing impossible as long as there is determination, courage and an inner motivation to be helpful to others and to make your parents proud.

• What is your proudest moment from your time at UCSD?

The proudest moment from my time at UCSD is being able to complete my studies in this wonderful institution while working, managing a lab research position, and a social research project.

• Who are the family members, friends or loved ones who have been most influential throughout your college journey? Are there any words of gratitude you would like to share with them?

My parents have always been my motor and my support. Thank you

• What do you plan or hope to do after graduating?

My plan is to continue with my education and earn and MD to help my community and those in disadvantage.
