• What does being a First-Generation College Graduate mean to you?

I have made my parents proud.

• What is your proudest moment from your time at UCSD?

My proudest moment at UCSD was graduating and completing a minor. When I first attended college, I had no idea what I wanted to major in, but as the years passed I settled in economics and even managed to add an accounting minor.

• Who are the family members, friends or loved ones who have been most influential throughout your college journey? Are there any words of gratitude you would like to share with them?

The people who have shaped my life and kept my mental health in check would be my friends that I have made at UCSD. To my coworkers at Starbucks and to my roommates who I’ve known for the past 4 years, I am thankful for all of them for being my anchor.

• What do you plan or hope to do after graduating?

I plan to take the CPA license and become an accountant.
