garnish: caramel syrup, toffee bits, chocolate syrup, whipped cream
-brush the rims of your cocktail glasses with caramel syrup.
-dip the rims into toffee bits.
-add a swirl of chocolate syrup inside the glass, about halfway up.
-place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker
-add Baileys®, chocolate liqueur, cream and milk.
-shake vigorously until chilled.
-strain into your prepared glasses.
-top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
