*all of these ingredient amounts are a starting point...you will want to adjust, to taste!
-Put the chick peas into the bowl of your food processor (or your blender). Add the garlic, 1/8 teaspoon smoked
paprika, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
-Add the tahini and 2 tablespoons of water.
-Pulse (or blend) for 30 seconds.
-Add an additional tablespoon of water if the hummus is too thick. Pulse for another 30 seconds.
-Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice as necessary.
