Bubbly Raspberry Cocktail (8 servings)

-1 Bottle bubbly wine (i.e. Champagne, Prosecco, Moscato)

-1 pint fresh raspberries

-1 pint vanilla ice cream

Optional: whipped cream, for topping.

-Layer ice cream and berries into champagne flutes. Start with 2 tablespoons of ice

cream, top with 3 berries. Repeat.

-Fill glasses with bubbly wine. Top with swirl of whipped cream, if desired. Cheers!
