Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip

      • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
      • 1 cup sour cream
      • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
      • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
      • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
      • 1 clove garlic, crushed
      • 1 teaspoon dried dill
      • 1/8 teaspoon salt

plain crackers (water crackers or toasted pita chips), for dipping

-Heat your oven to 375 degrees.

-Drain and remove your artichokes from the can. Roughly chop the artichokes.

-Combine all ingredients (except crackers, of course), in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on a medium speed for

1-2 minutes, until blended.

-Lightly oil (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) a 1-quart (or 8 x 8 inch) baking dish. Spread the dip in the

oiled dish.

-Bake for 45 minutes, until the top is a nice golden brown.

-Serve pita chips or other mild-flavored crackers, for dipping.
