Bacon, Spinach & Tomato Breakfast Wraps with Avocado

Avocado Seasoning:

    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
    • tiny pinch garlic powder
    • teeny pinch onion powder

Avocado Mixture:

    • 2 avocados, pitted and chopped
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    • 2 pinches avocado seasoning

Wrap Ingredients:

    • 2 cups loosely packed fresh baby spinach
    • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped into 1" pieces
    • 1 large or 2 small tomatoes, diced
    • avocado mixture
    • 4 large tortillas

-Prepare avocado seasoning. You will have more seasoning than you need for this recipe; store excess in a

ziplock bag for future use!

-Prepare avocado mixture: stir chopped avocado, lemon juice and seasoning in a small bowl.

-Assemble wraps: Place tortilla on surface. Layer spinach, avocado mixture, tomatoes and bacon on the half of

the tortilla closest to you. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the edge of the filling, and roll the tortilla away from

you. Enjoy!
