Cranberry/Brie Phyllo Tartlets with Pistachios
- 1 package (15-ct) frozen mini Phyllo tart shells
- 8 oz. Brie, cut into 3/4" chunks
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 3 tablespoons shelled pistachios
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place phyllo tarts into mini-muffin tin.
- Place a generous 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and one chunk of brie into each tart.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until brie is melted.
- Sprinkle with pistachios and serve.
