Asian Chicken Wraps (4 to 6 servings)
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 3 cups cabbage slaw mix (or broccoli slaw)
- 2 chopped scallions
- Teriyaki Ginger Dressing (see below)
- 4 to 6 flour tortilla wraps
Ginger Teriyaki Dressing
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons duck sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice dressing
-Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
-Place chicken, cabbage slaw and scallions in a medium bowl. Add the ginger teriyaki
dressing. Stir to combine.
-Divide mixture evenly among the tortilla wraps. Fold side edges of the tortilla in,
then roll the tortilla from the bottom to enclose the filling.
