Pumpkin Dip

Pumpkin Dip

  • 1-8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • chopped nuts, for garnish (optional)

assorted crackers or fruit, for dipping

(suggestions: cinnamon pita chips, graham crackers, ginger snaps, apple slices)

  1. In the bowl of your mixer, mix the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of your mixer bowl.
  2. Add the confectioners sugar and brown sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add the pumpkin and the pumpkin pie spice. Mix until combined.
      1. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if desired. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator.
