*Note: to make cinnamon sugar, combine 1 tablespoon sugar with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
-In a small bowl, combine gorgonzola, cream cheese and chopped walnuts.
-Remove crusts from cinnamon toast and cut each slice diagonally. You will now have 16 triangle-
shaped toast points.
-Spread a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture on each toast point.
-Place a thin slice of pear onto the cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve immediately.
