Pumpkin Dip
- 1-8 ounce package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- chopped nuts, for garnish (optional)
assorted crackers or fruit, for dipping
(suggestions: cinnamon pita chips, graham crackers, ginger snaps, apple slices)
- In the bowl of your mixer, mix the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of your mixer bowl.
- Add the confectioners sugar and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Add the pumpkin and the pumpkin pie spice. Mix until combined.
- Spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if desired. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator.
