Limoncello Limonata

    • 4 to 6 fresh lemons, juiced (you need 1 cup of juice)
  • 8 cups water, divided
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup limoncello

ice, sliced lemons for garnish

-To make simple syrup: heat one cup of water for 2 minutes on HIGH in your microwave

(water should be boiling)

-stir sugar into the hot water until it dissolves. Set aside.

-juice the lemons. You will need 1 cup of juice.

-pour the simple syrup and the remaining 7 cups of water into a large pitcher. Stir in the

lemon juice. Add ice and lemon slices.

-Pour lemonade into tall iced glasses. Stir 1 oz of limoncello into each glass. Garnish with

a lemon slice.
