Lemon Vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon each fresh chopped parsley, basil, oregano, chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch each salt and pepper
