Lemon Vinaigrette

    • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon each fresh chopped parsley, basil, oregano, chives
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • pinch each salt and pepper

-whisk all ingredients together until emulsified.
