Day-After-Thanksgiving Turkey Wraps

Wondering what to do with your Thanksgiving leftovers? Give these wraps a try! After assembling the wraps, searing them in a skillet adds a nice crunch!

Ingredients needed: Thanksgiving leftovers such as

  • Turkey
  • mashed potatoes
  • stuffing
  • cranberry sauce
  • gravy (may be spread inside of wraps or on the side, for dipping;--reheat gravy if serving on the side)

and

  • flour tortillas
  • olive oil (if you want to heat/sear the wraps)
  1. To assemble the wraps: place the wrap flat on a clean surface in front of you. Add your desired fillings toward the front half of the wrap. Fold in the sides, fold the front flap over the ingredients and roll the wrap forward (away from yourself).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil to coat the surface of the skillet.
  3. Place wraps in the skillet until heated and seared (about one minute). Flip wraps and sear the other side.
  4. Serve immediately, with warmed gravy for dipping.
