Cranberry-Apple Sangria

  • 750 ml bottle of fruity white wine, such as Moscato or Reisling
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry-cider seltzer ( may substitute cranberry or plain seltzer)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 granny smith apple, sliced
  • 1 crisp red apple, sliced (such as Honey Crisp, Gala or Braeburn)
-Pour wine and cranberry juice into a 64-oz pitcher.  Stir.
-Gingerly add seltzer, cranberries and apple slices.  Refrigerate if not serving immediately. 
 Add ice cubes when serving.
