BLT Salad with Buttermilk Dressing

    • 4 to 6 cups arugula
    • 4 to 6 slices of thick bacon, cooked until crispy and cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 2 cups of assorted tomatoes in a variety of colors (leave small tomatoes whole, slice larger tomatoes into bite-sized pieces)

Dressing Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup each mayonnaise, buttermilk and sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 teaspoon each onion salt, garlic powder, dried dill

-Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

-Place the arugula onto a serving platter. Arrange the tomatoes on top of the arugula.

-Drizzle with the buttermilk dressing.

-Sprinkle with the bacon and serve.
