Local History Advanced Doc project

Assignment: Take inspiration from the Illinois Bicentennial project success to tell an interesting story found in our LFHS community. Explore a person or activity that you want to share with the world through telling their unique story in a creative way.

Goal: To research and develop your story idea by interviewing the people who make up the history around you. Then create a comprehensive explanation of your individual or activity while being efficient with your time and audience’s sensibilities. Work with the LF/LB Historical Society to research and potentially host your work in their new space.

Due: A 3-8 minute final video that includes interviews, locations and well researched archive photos and video to help show and tell your unique story.
