Advanced Studio Project
Assignment: Take advantage of our great studio, including the new green screen, switcher and professional set up to Direct something meaningful for the lfhstele.com community. You can pick a live event such as a sporting event, concert or play or something scripted that will be staged in the studio space.
Due: With the Live Event a highlight for the website along with the well-produced live video stream on lfhstele.com. The studio project needs to be under 5 minutes and can be shot with multiple cameras with croma key or a black background.
Goal: To learn how to Direct and Produce a live event in a control room/studio environment. To learn how to organize, lead and run a live crew for an event outside of your immediate control. To learn how to use Broadcast Pix switching software and the other equipment in the control room.
Pre- Production Process:
Monday October 5- Self-Critique in Google Sites, Critique other projects Tuesday October 6- Intro project and watch through examples
Wednesday October 7- Development of idea
Thursday October 8- TPP development in class
Friday October 9- typed Topic/Pitch/Proposal due for critique
Tuesday October 13- Learning how to use the Studio/Green Screen
Wednesday October 14- Organizing Production Schedule
Thursday October 15- Creating Script or Researching Event
Friday October 16- Finalizing of all Pre-Production including location pictures

Post- Production Process:
Monday October 26- Post-Production Editing
