1st Semester Commercial Final Project Spring 2016
Assignment: Create a creative appeal on behalf of a product, local business or something you make up. You can use a comedic or serious approach.
Due: 30 second to 1 minute video that tells a story that connects with our local audience.
Goal: To learn how to create a compelling, quick and targeted message for your specific, local audience. To experiment with New Media mediums which can provide targeted impact with compelling messages. Have fun with Final Cut Pro for a final project.
Monday April 27- shoot the boat races as a class
Tuesday April 26- Introduce how to Topic/Pitch/Propose and then work on TPP
Wednesday April 27- watch through more examples and work on TPP
Thursday April 28- deliver Topic/Pitch/Proposal in class to the camera and continue to develop ideas
Friday April 29- Revise TPP, bring music into FCP- cut it down
Monday May 2- Revise TPP, bring music into FCP- cut it down, Create Production Schedule
