OD/C/7301 FLEXIBLE AND BLENDED LEARNING III

This unit introduced me to advanced concepts of flexible and blended learning in modern education. I learned how to integrate online and face-to-face learning approaches to support diverse learner needs. The unit enhanced my skills in online facilitation, assessment, monitoring learner progress, and applying emerging technologies in e-learning environments. 

This unit focused on developing advanced competencies in flexible and blended learning. The unit emphasized the integration of online and face-to-face learning approaches to enhance accessibility, learner engagement, and continuity of learning. I learned how to facilitate synchronous and asynchronous online sessions, design online assessments, monitor learner progress using digital tools, and apply emerging technologies in e-learning. The unit prepared me to deliver modern, technology-driven training aligned with KTTC and CBET standards.
