✍️This unit on TVET Philosophy was both thought-provoking and foundational, guiding me to understand the underlying beliefs, principles, and values that shape education and training — especially within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system.
The study of educational philosophy allowed me to explore the why behind teaching, learning, and training. I learned that philosophy influences curriculum design, teaching methods, institutional policies, and even how trainers relate to learners.
Through the six topics, I gained a deeper understanding of the intellectual, moral, and creative dimensions of education, and how they interconnect to produce well-rounded, competent, and ethical graduates in the TVET sector.
