7206 TVET PHILOSOPHY

✍️This Philosophy of TVET Unit provided me with a deeper understanding of the foundations, values, and purpose behind Technical and Vocational  Education and Training. It helped me see beyond teaching as an activity and instead view it as part of a larger mission to prepare individuals for meaningful careers, contribute to national development, and promote lifelong learning. Foe me as a hospitality trainer in training, this unit gave me sense of direction and purpose, reminding me that my role goes betyond delivering knowledge-it is about shaping lives and empowering communities.
