I always look forward to Physical Education because it awakens the inner child in me-that part that embraces movement with joy and curiosity .It's time to showcase my physical strength, test my resilience, and push my determination to new heights. Each session reminds me that discipline and perseverance are just as important outside the classroom as they are inside, and that maintaining an active , healthy lifestyle fuels both my body and mind.
Life is never complete without a little bit of fun and lightheartedness, even during Physical Education. I still remember the day we were running a relay race, giving it our all, when suddenly I slipped and fell mid-run. What could have been an embarrassing moment turned into one of shared laughter with my classmates and trainer, to this day, that moment is fondly remembered-not for the fall itself, but for the joy, camaraderie, and good spirit it brought to our P.E session.
During our practical kitchen session, I took the lead in the protein section, carefully marinating goat meat with a blend of herbs and spices. This process not only enhanced the flavor but also showcased my growing expertise in handling and preparing proteins for exceptional culinary results
