🏁 Module Conclusion

The Institutional Leadership module has significantly enhanced my understanding of what it means to lead and manage within an educational context. I have learned that effective leadership goes beyond authority—it involves vision, empathy, collaboration, and accountability. By exploring leadership styles, strategic direction, administrative systems, and institutional programs, I developed the ability to think and act like a future educational leader.
