Topic 1: Pedagogical Support

In this topic, I explored how trainers can provide academic and instructional guidance to learners in an online setting. Pedagogical support focuses on designing engaging lessons, offering clear instructions, providing timely feedback, and ensuring that learning outcomes are achieved.

I learned that effective online pedagogy requires using interactive methods such as discussion forums, quizzes, and group activities to maintain learner engagement. I also understood the importance of clear communication, well-structured materials, and continuous monitoring of learner progress.
