This module equipped me with the essential knowledge and skills to design, develop, implement, and evaluate online courses effectively. As digital learning continues to expand in TVET institutions, understanding how to structure and manage online training programs has become a vital competency for trainers.

Through this module, I learned how to conduct a Training Needs Assessment (TNA), plan the design and development phases, and ensure that the course aligns with learner needs, institutional goals, and industry standards. I also learned how to apply key instructional design principles to make online learning engaging, accessible, and outcome-oriented.

This module has enhanced my creativity, digital literacy, and ability to apply pedagogical strategies in online contexts — ensuring that my future training sessions are well-structured and learner-centered.
