Module 4

Module 4 introduces trainees to the fundamental principles and practices of online course design. The module guides learners through the process of identifying learning outcomes, selecting appropriate teaching methods, and organizing digital learning materials. It also explores how to integrate multimedia resources, interactive activities, and assessments to enhance learner engagement.

Through this module, trainees learn how to apply instructional design models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to create well-structured and effective online courses.
