Term 1 Assessment @ KSTVET
My Term 1 assessment at KSTVET was a valuable experience that tested my understanding, skills, and progress as an upcoming technical trainer in the hospitality industry. The assessment covered both theoretical knowledge and practical application, giving me an opportunity to demonstrate what I had learned throughout the term.
Key Areas of Assessment
1. Theoretical Knowledge
Understanding of hospitality concepts, service procedures, and customer care.
Application of TVET/CBET curriculum standards in lesson planning and teaching.
Demonstrating awareness of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
2. Practical Skills
Hands-on performance in food and beverage service techniques, housekeeping tasks, and customer service scenarios.
Proper use of equipment, table setup, and napkin folding in a mock restaurant environment.
Time management and attention to detail in carrying out tasks.
