Topic 5: Communication Activities that Enhance Social Cohesion

This topic highlighted how communication can be used as a tool for unity and cooperation within diverse groups. We discussed activities such as group discussions, collaborative projects, and peer mentoring as ways of enhancing mutual respect and teamwork.

I learned that as a trainer, promoting open dialogue and inclusive communication helps reduce stereotypes, build mutual trust, and create a positive learning environment. This aligns with the broader TVET goal of fostering social cohesion and national development through education and skills training.
