Module 4

The Lead Workplace Team module was a transformative unit that deepened my understanding of leadership, collaboration, and effective supervision within professional settings. It taught me how to guide a team toward shared goals, manage interpersonal relationships, and uphold fairness and human rights in the workplace.

Through this module, I discovered that leadership is not merely about authority but about influence, empathy, accountability, and the ability to motivate others toward achieving organizational objectives. The topics covered — from team performance and supervision to feedback and conflict management — strengthened my confidence as a future leader in the TVET sector.
