In this topic, I learned about the identification, sourcing, and management of training resources necessary for curriculum implementation. These include human, physical, financial, and instructional resources such as equipment, tools, teaching aids, and learning materials.
I understood that effective acquisition and utilization of resources are critical for achieving curriculum goals. I also learned strategies for resource mobilization, budgeting, and maintenance.
