Module 5

This module focused on the systematic process of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating work activities within a professional and training context. It emphasized the importance of clear task requirements, collaboration, time management, and continuous improvement to achieve institutional and team objectives.

As a future TVET trainer, this unit was instrumental in strengthening my ability to coordinate work effectively, align tasks with organizational goals, and integrate cross-curricular strategies that foster essential core skills like teamwork, communication, and social cohesion.
