In this topic, I explored the moral and ethical dimension of education β the part that shapes values, discipline, and behavior. Education was presented as not only an intellectual pursuit but also a moral one that guides individuals to act responsibly in society.
I learned that as a future trainer, I have a duty to model and uphold ethical conduct, fairness, and respect in my classroom and institution.
The normative dimension reminded me that TVET graduates must not only possess technical skills but also moral integrity, professionalism, and civic responsibility.
