🏁 Unit Conclusion

The Professional Growth and Development module has been both transformative and empowering. It reminded me that being an effective TVET trainer means continuously evaluating my skills, seeking opportunities for growth, and supporting learners holistically — not just academically but personally and professionally.

Through this module, I have gained valuable insight into how structured professional development, self-reflection, and adherence to licensing standards contribute to the quality of training in Kenya’s TVET system.

I am now more confident in my ability to plan and manage my growth journey, support others in theirs, and uphold the values of excellence, inclusivity, and lifelong learning.
