In this topic, I explored the administrative functions required to maintain and manage an LMS. I learned how to enroll users, assign roles (trainer, learner, or administrator), monitor learner progress, and manage course settings.
I also gained knowledge on backing up courses, managing grades, and ensuring data security. These administrative skills are critical for ensuring smooth operations, accountability, and sustainability of online learning.
As a future TVET trainer, these skills will enable me to handle both instructional and management responsibilities confidently within digital platforms.
