Topic 9: Human Rights

The final topic emphasized the role of human rights in leadership and team management. I learned that every team member deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and equality, regardless of gender, background, or position.

In the TVET context, respecting human rights means ensuring non-discrimination, promoting inclusivity, and creating safe, supportive learning and work environments. This topic reminded me that ethical leadership requires upholding justice and equality in all decision-making processes.
