Module 2

Module 2 explores strategies and digital tools for providing effective learner support in online and blended learning environments. It covers different types of learner support, including academic guidance, technical help, and emotional encouragement. The module enables trainees to design learner-centered support systems that foster communication, collaboration, and self-directed learning. It also enhances understanding of how to use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and communication technologies to monitor progress and provide timely feedback.
